Spravato (esketamine) at Carolina Psychiatry (Taral Sharma MD, PC)

At Carolina Psychiatry, we are proud to offer Spravato® (esketamine)—a breakthrough FDA-approved treatment for adults suffering from treatment-resistant depression (TRD). Our outpatient psychiatry clinics serve patients across Anderson, Greenville, Seneca, and Spartanburg, South Carolina, providing compassionate, innovative mental health care to help you reclaim your life.

What is Spravato®?

Spravato® is a nasal spray form of esketamine, derived from ketamine, specifically approved for adults who have not responded to at least two different antidepressants. Administered under medical supervision in our clinic, Spravato works differently than traditional antidepressants by targeting NMDA receptors in the brain, offering rapid relief of depressive symptoms for many patients.
