Dr. Sharma serves as the Chief Executive Officer of Taral Sharma M.D., P.C. Dr. Sharma is board certified in Psychiatry & Addiction Medicine. Outside of the office, he enjoys spending time with his wife, daughter, and their dog Teddy.

Dr. Mckenzie is a board certified general adult psychiatrist serving as the Medical Director at Taral Sharma, M.D., P.C. A native of Charleston, SC, Dr. Mckenzie completed his residency training at the Virginia Tech Carilion School of Medicine, where he served as the cief resident. Through his research publications, committee leadership, and professional service, he furthers his professional insterests in psychopharmacology, academic psychiatry, and medical education. His enthusiasm, empathy, and commitment to his patient's care best serves his mission of improving the mental health care of the upstate community.

Kelsie Fowler, APRN is a board-certified Nurse Practitioner. She obtained her Master of Science in Nursing with honors at Clemson University (2019). Kelsie has over 5 years of experience as a Nurse Practitioner, 3 of which have been under the supervision of Dr. Sharma. She is highly committed to providing exceptional thorough, holistic, and preventative care methods to all of her patients, which will ensure they are capable of enjoying their best health possible.

Kelsie Fowler

Katrina is a board certified APRN who graduated with honors from Clemson University in 2013 with a master’s degree in nursing. Prior to obtaining her master’s degree, Katrina worked in the intensive care unit as a registered nurse. Katrina has over eleven years of experience working in family practice, urgent care, and psychiatry. Her goal is to provide comprehensive compassionate care to help her patients achieve their mental health goals.

Katrina Maxwell

Nathan is a board certified psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner. He obtained his associate’s degree in nursing in 2004 and has worked in several different nursing environments in his career including inpatient, an emergency department, and inpatient psychiatry. He obtained his master’s degree in 2023. He is a veteran of the Air Force. When not at work he enjoys time with his family, reading, and working out.

Nathan Reed

Will Hendricks, is a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner. Will is experienced in both psychiatric inpatient and outpatient services. Will also serves as the Chief Operating Officer for Taral Sharma, M.D., P.C. Will is passionate about helping others. Will is originally from Georgia, but now calls Upstate South Carolina home. When not in the office, Will enjoys spending time with his wife and their three dogs.

William Hendricks

Jade is a board-certified Physician Assistant with a passion for helping underserved and rural communities. She is an honors graduate from Southern Connecticut State University where she studied Psychology. She obtained her Master’s Degree from Massachusetts College of Pharmacy and Health Sciences where she was also an honors graduate. Jade relocated to the upstate several years ago after falling in love with Lake Hartwell. In her free time, you can find her with her husband, training her three shelter rescue dogs, spending time on home construction projects and hanging out on the lake.

Harley was born and raised in Sandusky, Ohio and is a graduate of Baldwin Wallace University in Cleveland where he studied Neuroscience and Psychology. He obtained his medical training from Florida International University in Miami. In his spare time, he enjoy traveling and spending time outdoors with family and friends.

Meet With Our Therapists

Betsy is an LPC who has experience in working with clients with depression, anxiety, abuse, neglect, trauma, grief, and family of origin issues. She believes that all clients deserve to be treated with respect and compassion. She primarily uses cognitive behavioral, gestalt, and acceptance & forgiveness therapies. She is originally from Texas. Never put the key to your happiness in someone else’s pocket.

Tom is a clinician serving part time at the Anderson Pelham Lane office. He has a Master of Arts in Marriage and Family Counseling from Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary. Licensed in South Carolina as a Professional Counselor in 2002, he has worked in various roles ranging from School-based therapy to having a private practice providing community therapy in the Anderson area to children, adolescents and adults. He enjoys riding motorcycles, entertaining his 2 year old Weimaraner, and raising chickens.

Thomas (Tom) McMinn

Jen is a Practitioner of the Healing Arts, she is a Licensed Professional Counselor with special certifications in treating Substance Use Disorders, trauma recovery, and emotional regulation. Educated at Clemson University for her BA, M Ed, and +30. She has taken all of their counseling courses and then some. She has worked in various settings, from Arts Conservatory and Wilderness Therapy to Medication Assisted Treatment and the Department of Mental Health. She has loved each and every opportunity to work with people as they navigate and make meaning of their experiences. She lives with her husband and 5 dogs. When there is time to play, she like to read, make art, travel and visit her family at the beach.

Jennifer Jones

Shenika takes pride in seeing her clients move toward their goals, she is there rooting them on and offering support as necessary. Shenika has had the pleasure of working with all age cohorts. Currently she is a trauma focused provider as noted on the MUSC website and soon will be adding DBT to her certification list. She uses several techniques with her clients to specifically address their needs and concerns. She received her Master’s from Carlow University in Pittsburgh, PA and her Bachelors from Claflin University in Orangeburg, SC. She is a member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc. She works hard in her church community and dedicates her time and efforts to provide mental health access to underserved areas.
