How do I become a patient?

Insured (Medicare, Medicaid and commercial insurances requiring a referral) patients should have their Primary Care Physician (medical doctor) fax a referral with Demographic information, Insurance, and treatment history to (864) 844-9430.

Self-pay patients and commercially insured patients not requiring a referral to see a specialist should call our referral coordinator at (864) 643-0456 and schedule an appointment.

Do you accept my insurance?

We accept most commercial insurances as well as Medicare and Medicaid Plans.

Who do I contact if I have questions or issues with my bill?

You can contact them by via email: [email protected].

How long should I plan to be in the office?

New patient (Adult) intake (medication management) appointments are 40 minutes.
Follow – up (Adult) appointments (medication management) are 20 minutes.
New patient (Child & Adolescent) intake appointments (medication management) are 60 minutes.
Follow – up (Child & Adolescent) appointments (medication management) are 30 minutes.
Therapy appointments (new and follow-up) are 60 minutes.
TMS (transcranial magnetic stimulation) appointments are 20 minutes.
Spravato (esketamine) appointments are 2 hours.
